Load Testing Tools Developer for Infrastructure

Our team develops the load testing service and tools, which are essential for major product launches within the company. We build a simple and intuitive product for basic scenarios, yet fully functional and extensible for complex tasks. The service helps our users focus on conducting and analyzing test results, while we take care of the infrastructure, agent orchestration, and the reliability of their operation. We make our own product decisions, programming in Python 3 and Go with a focus on the latter. . In addition to the load testing service, we are developing a system for collecting audit logs from various internal company products. Based on anonymized data from these logs, we build analytics on internal tools and the processes surrounding them.

Tasks that await you

Development of the Load Testing Service We are continuously improving the load testing service for the daily work of hundreds of users within the company. You need to have a deep understanding of service architecture and a solid grasp of load testing principles. You will be developing not only the service but also related tools: load generators, agents, CLI — integrating them into the company's CI.

Development of the Quality Assurance Platform You will integrate with our internal portals to ensure a seamless and sufficient level of observability for load testing in user scenarios from the perspective of the codebase, monitoring of basic service quality, and runtime observability.

We expect that you

• Are ready to program in Python and Go
• Have worked with relational and analytical databases
• Have developed distributed systems
• Understand how to efficiently work with events for real-time analysis and subsequent historical storage
• Know how to build test infrastructure using PyTest, unittest, and other tools, and automate CI/CD at least at the GitLab level

Will be a plus

• Have a good understanding of the network stack in Linux, capabilities for optimizing systems for network load
• Have experience solving load testing tasks
