As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the bank's "Credit Factory" critical services.

Responsibilities
- planning, designing test scenarios, developing, and conducting load and stress tests, destructive tests of complex systems and microservice architectures
- automating test pipelines in Jenkins, integration with CI/CD processes
- configuring and managing testing infrastructure in OpenShift and Kubernetes
- monitoring and analyzing test results using Grafana and Victory Metrics
- collaborating with developers, architects, and analysts to identify bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations
- supporting and developing the internal load testing library, participating in its evolution
Requirements
- load testing experience from 3 years, including with large-scale distributed systems
- knowledge of performance testing, stress testing, profiling, and destructive testing principles.
- deep knowledge of OpenShift and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, network policies)
- PostgreSQL DBMS knowledge, advanced level
- practical experience with Kafka (performance, replication, consumption).
- knowledge and use of Java, Python, and Go programming languages
- skills in monitoring and visualizing metrics (Grafana, Victory Metrics), ability to write promQL queries
will be a plus:
- experience with load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, Locust).
- knowledge of container technologies Docker, Helm
- knowledge of certificate handling principles
- ability to work with Git.
