The product is intended for the bank's and ecosystem's top management, department heads, product owners and leaders, on-duty shifts, and IT service support specialists. The main goal is effective management of mass deviations to minimize negative impact on external and internal customers.

Responsibilities

Testing of developed product features:
- participation in release planning, formation and execution of regression test suites
- planning and conducting manual testing of new features and changes (functional, regression, integration, acceptance, and load testing), focusing on real-life user scenarios of the customer service.
- collaborative work with product, development, and UX on solutions that consider not only business value but also testability, error resilience, and impact on existing processes.
- working with CI/CD, deployment tools, infrastructure: Jenkins, Kubernetes (OpenShift)
- backend testing: REST API, integrations between application components.
Automation of the testing process in the product:
- interaction with the automation team or initiating automation of critical scenarios: identifying priority areas for automated tests, participating in forming requirements for automated tests and regression suites.
Requirements
Requirements:
- work experience as a QA specialist, at least 3 years in product or project teams
- understanding of the testing process and software life cycle (Agile)
- systematic approach, attention to detail and cross-checks; willingness to delve deeply into the product logic and the quality of its implementation.
- knowledge of data formats JSON, XML
- experience with tools Postman, Insomnia, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins
- confident knowledge of SQL, ability to verify data, analyze complex database cases
- confident knowledge of the Git version control system.
- skills in working with Jira, Confluence, TestRail (or equivalents), ability to maintain documentation and processes
- skills in working with generative AI models, experience creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage.
Will be a plus:
- skill in working with logs and monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus or equivalents)
- experience with mock services.
- experience with high-load systems, asynchronous integrations, data bus (Kafka, etc.)
- experience in developing automated tests in JavaScript or Python
- experience writing automated tests in Java
- experience with build tools Maven/Gradle.
