📌Conditions and bonuses: Full-time, remote (RF).

📌Our expectations: – 5+ years of commercial experience in NLP/LLM, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role; – deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLM architecture, and retrieval-based systems (Transformers, Attention, RAG, SFT, LoRA/Adapters); – confident command of Python and the relevant stack: PyTorch, HuggingFace, sentence-transformers, LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex, FastAPI; – practical experience in inference optimization and integration of modern models (Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral); – understanding of AI service scaling principles, caching, and distributed inference; – excellent business interaction skills and experience in leading a product team.
