Senior Designer

Seeking a Senior Designer who isn't afraid of scale 😎

Hi! We are an event agency, OOO Kakie Lyudi. We create projects that are impossible to ignore, and now we need a person to help us turn ideas into visual bombshells.

Who are we looking for?

A design leader who can take a concept, breathe life into it, and bring it to completion. You are someone who sees the project as a whole: from the first line on the mood board to the final banner on site.

What you will be doing:

— Leading the project from visual concept to final mockups. You will work closely with the art director, but autonomy is your forte.

— Developing key visuals, graphics for activations, navigation, and space design. Everything that makes an event beautiful.

— Assembling presentations that convince from the first slide. Maintaining style, order in files, and honestly communicating deadline risks.

What we expect from you:

— Experience of 4+ years in graphic/communication design.

— A cool portfolio (2-3 strong projects with a description of your role).

— Experience in BTL, events, or advertising campaigns with physical media.

— Mandatory: understanding how to prepare mockups for production.

— Agency experience or work in a similar pace (many projects, iterations, deadlines).
