Senior Unity Developer

RJ Games is an international developer and publisher of mobile and social games with its headquarters in Cyprus. Our project Puzzle Breakers combines the simplicity of match-3, the depth of RPGs, first-class art, and elegant mechanics! The game is launched on iOS/Android worldwide, with tens of thousands of players enjoying it every day, and we are not going to stop there!

We are looking for a Senior Unity Developer to strengthen our cool development team. This is a key engineering role at the intersection of client development, game systems architecture, and interaction with backend services.

We don't have micromanagement or excessive bureaucracy, but we do have a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, expertise, and a great product.

Responsibilities

• Designing the game architecture.
• Implementing game mechanics and core game systems.
• Working with the configuration system.
• SDK integration. Implementing third-party plugins (mobile stores, advertising, etc.).
• Optimization and technical quality control.
• Setting up and supporting automatic builds.
• Confident use of version control systems.

Requirements

• Unity development experience of 3+ years.
• Experience with released projects (preferably mobile RPGs).
• Architecture design experience.
• Experience in optimizing and improving game performance.
• Understanding of asset management approaches (Addressables, Asset Bundles).
