Lead Unity Developer

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Lead Unity Developer to join our development team. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality code, establishing effective development processes, growing the team, and advancing our technological solutions to a new level.

About Development at OMG

We develop mobile gaming projects using C# on the Unity game engine. For backend solutions, we use Python. Some projects utilize Zenject, and game logic is built on ECS (Morpeh). We actively use Firebase, Appmetrica, Appsflyer, and Applovin libraries. We work with CI/CD using Jenkins. There is a focus on developing modules for shared functionality across projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of Unity developers: hiring and fostering employee professional growth, conducting code reviews;
• Providing technical leadership on projects: architectural decisions, performance optimization and scaling, modularizing projects;
• Designing and developing game mechanics architecture;
• Developing technical documentation and participating in sprint planning;
• Integrating useful SDKs;
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Unity C# application development;
• 1+ year of experience managing a development team;
• Proficiency in OOP, design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and optimization;
• Strong command of version control systems (Git);
• Experience with CI/CD;
• Technical English proficiency (for reading documentation).
