Seeking Python Developer for AI Product | Remote Format | Full Time | 100,000 - 120,000 (net)

We are developing an AI system for automating user actions and communications in external services. We are looking for a developer to create the first working version of the product.

Tasks:

• Backend development in Python • Creation of stable browser automation • Working with user sessions, queues, and schedules • Integration of LLM and vision models • Implementation of AI agent memory, context, and tools • Configuration of logging, monitoring, and error recovery • Protection of user data and secrets • Participation in assessing architecture, deadlines, and technical risks

Main Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of Python and asyncio • Experience developing production systems, not just individual scripts • Experience with Playwright or similar tools • Ability to create automation for changing and unstable interfaces • Experience implementing retries, re-authorization, and recovery from failures • Understanding of idempotency of actions • Experience with long-running background processes, queues, schedules, and quotas • Experience developing LLM applications: agent cycles, function calling, dialogue memory and context • Experience with vision models and controlling inference costs • Understanding of encryption principles, secret storage, access control, and auditing • Basic Docker, CI, logging, metrics, and alerts skills

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with proxy infrastructure and client network isolation • Experience in anti-fraud, payment, or dating products • Understanding of how external platforms react to atypical activity • Experience in product development under conditions of unstable external API or interface • Ability to independently decompose tasks and propose verifiable solutions

At the first stage, it is necessary:

• Assess the feasibility of the first version • Propose an architecture and development sequence • Determine necessary access, infrastructure, and expenses • Build a prototype for testing on a separate account • Configure recording of results, errors, and reasons for system stoppage
