HR MANAGER (Affiliate Hiring) - iGaming

We are developing an international iGaming project and are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring Affiliate Managers and Affiliate Team Leads – from candidate search to onboarding and adaptation.

What you will do

• Independently search for candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, iGaming communities, and referrals. • Conduct initial interviews and assess experience in Affiliate, CPA / RevShare / Hybrid, traffic sources, and partner management. • Must understand the specifics of Tier 2/3 GEO and have experience recruiting specialists working with such markets. • Manage the full hiring cycle: search → interview → offer → onboarding. • Coordinate onboarding and support candidates during their adaptation period. • Maintain the funnel and database of potential candidates.

What is important

• 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in iGaming / betting / casino. • Understanding of the affiliate direction and the roles of Affiliate Manager / Team Lead. • Experience in independently searching for passive candidates. • Ability to assess candidate's real results and their personal contribution. • Experience working with Tier 2/3 GEO - mandatory. • English from B1. • Independence and results-orientation.

Will be a plus: own network of contacts in iGaming, experience closing Affiliate Manager / Team Lead roles, participation in SiGMA / iGB.

🏢 Format

Office only in Limassol.

You can already be in Limassol or be ready for relocation.

• Fixed salary + bonus for each employee who successfully passes the probation period. • KPIs for funnel quality and hiring results. • The amount of the fixed part, bonuses, and KPIs are discussed individually.
