📍Education and experience: Go development experience from 2–3 years. Experience with microservice architecture and distributed systems. Practical experience in developing and supporting high-load systems, understanding of scalability and fault tolerance issues.

📍Technical skills: Deep knowledge of Go, ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-testable code. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and/or gRPC services. Knowledge of multithreading principles, asynchronous programming, and working with channels. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) – ability to optimize queries and design schemas for high load. Knowledge of caching systems (Redis) and message brokers (RabbitMQ).
