The role's focus is on analytical research of business and operational processes: it's not just about working with data and reporting, but about understanding the issue, identifying the causes of changes, and helping the business make decisions.
What you will do:
- Conduct analytical research of business and operational processes.
- Independently determine what data and metrics are needed to answer a question.
- Identify the causes of changes in indicators, patterns, anomalies, and growth points.
- Analyze business, operational, and product metrics: LTV, CAC, ROMI, retention, conversion, etc.
- Test hypotheses and evaluate the results of changes.
- Work with data from internal systems and databases.
- Formulate conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis results.
What is important:
- Commercial experience in data analytics;
- Ability to independently understand data, find patterns, and draw conclusions from the analysis results.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in iGaming, FinTech, payments, or other areas with large data volumes.
