🚀 We are looking for a Publisher Growth / Account Manager (Remote)

We are a Web3 AdTech ecosystem with 14 years of experience, developing the advertising networks AADS @aads_network and Slise @sliseads , as well as other IT products.

What needs to be done: — develop and support publisher partners — help publishers increase revenue — analyze CTR, CPM, Fill Rate, and performance — interact with product/support teams — collect feedback and improve publisher experience

What we expect: — experience in AdTech / digital / media buying / traffic management — understanding of traffic monetization and digital metrics — strong communication + analytical skills — English B2+

➕ Plus: crypto / gambling / Web3 / RTB experience

Fully remote • outside of Russia • 42 days of vacation
