Who we are looking for

We are looking for a promising Backend .NET Developer from Junior+ to Middle level to participate in the development of an application in the field of passenger air transportation.

The project is transitioning to an AI Agentic Workflow development paradigm. AI is fully responsible for development: it takes a ticket from Jira, performs development, and sends the code to PR. The live developer only confirms the result and makes corrections for AI Agents' skills if necessary. The candidate is expected to fully participate in creating this process from scratch and improving: agents, processes, AI guard-rails, and much more.

The creation of the process will be under the direct guidance and mentoring of the CTO from the USA.

What awaits you:

• selection stages: technical interview with the FIN.by team and the CTO from the USA;
• gaining experience and entering the project/existing development team from the first days of work under the mentorship of senior colleagues and the CTO;
• working with a high-load API system and its accompanying admin system, supporting the Agentic Workflow.

To be successful in this project, you need:

• commercial experience working on the .NET platform for at least 1 year;
• confident skill in reviewing pull requests and others' code;
• confident command of C#, ASP.NET, experience with Framework 4.8 will be an advantage;
• confident command of relational DB MS SQL, knowledge of PostgreSQL will be an advantage;
• knowledge of languages: JS, Typescript, Python (used on the project for CI/CD and Automation QA) will be an advantage;
• knowledge and understanding of OOP, design patterns, and their competent application in practice;
• experience in development using AI Agents will be an advantage;
• confident English language skills (B2 / Upper-Intermediate and above);
• systematic and analytical thinking;
• a high level of self-organization and performance, attention to detail, initiative, ability to work in a team.
