Centicore is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer for its projects. Our company is engaged in the full-cycle product development of our Clients' projects.
Vacancy: Lead DevOps Engineer
Work Format: Remote within the Russian Federation
Salary: 340-360k net (depending on experience and candidate’s expectations)
Technical Level: Middle(+)/Senior
What's important to us:
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer at Middle(+)/Senior level;
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Ansible, Terraform;
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Kubernetes;
- Experience with Kafka: operation, configuration, optimization;
- Experience in writing CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins;
- Understanding of system fault tolerance and scalability principles.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with highload systems;
- Practice implementing or working with GitOps approach;
- Experience optimizing systems for load growth x5–x10 and more;
- Understanding and experience in building infrastructure for working with LLM models, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and support of infrastructure;
- Ensuring system scalability and fault tolerance;
- Performance optimization for growing load, significant RPS increase;
- Implementation and development of DevOps practices: CI/CD, GitOps, observability;
- Prompt incident response within your working hours.

- Significant load increase from the current 200 RPS;
- Improving system stability and scalability;
- Optimizing Kafka and Kubernetes for highload;
- Building a reliable observability system.

- Storage: MinIO;
- Logging and monitoring: VictoriaMetrics + ELK Stack;
- Orchestration: Kubernetes;
- Working with models: interacting with a remote LLM via API.
