Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI) for automating application builds, testing, and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters (create Helm charts, configure Ingress/Traefik).
- Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics).
- Ensure fault tolerance, scalability, and security of services.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure and control costs.
- Support the production environment, participate in incident investigation.
- Interact with development teams to implement best DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE.
- Solid knowledge of Linux (administration, configuration, diagnostics) — experience with RedOS and/or Astra is mandatory.
- Practical experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes: Helm, Ingress, Traefik).
- CI/CD pipeline development (preferably GitLab CI, experience with Jenkins/GitHub Actions is also a plus).
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Yandex Cloud, VK Cloud, AWS).
- Monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics).
- Database configuration (SQL/NoSQL): Postgres, Redis, Tarantool, Qdrant (at least one).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python) for task automation.
- Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS) and operating system principles.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and configuration management.
- Working with secret management systems (HashiCorp Vault).
- DevSecOps skills (integrating security into CI/CD, SonarQube).
- Using GenAI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate routine tasks.
- Experience building highload systems and performance optimization.
