An AI Healthcare startup is building AI products in medicine: a B2B platform for monitoring employee health in production facilities and a B2C personal AI doctor service. The team is currently looking for a DevOps engineer to organize the infrastructure and reduce reliance on external contractors.
Autonomy, maturity, high level of ownership. You need to enter a complex environment, understand it, and methodically bring it into order. Infrastructure security is an integral part of the job.
— Development of Kubernetes infrastructure and related services. — Building and refining CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). — Implementing monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Graylog. — Infrastructure as Code: Ansible, Terraform, Puppet. — Container security: image scanning, K8s hardening. — Access management: Keycloak, LDAP integration. — Compliance for medical data: anonymization, API audit, SIEM for K8s. — Automation in Python, Bash, Go. — Monitoring compliance with 152-FZ, FSTEC orders №17 and №21.
Set up fault-tolerant Kubernetes, organize CI/CD, implement monitoring, gather undocumented knowledge, and reduce risks of contractor dependency.
— 3+ years in DevOps or infrastructure roles. — Proficient Linux; basic Windows / PowerShell; experience with Astra Linux, RedOS. — Automation in Python and Bash; understanding of Go at the level of working with the stack. — Docker (multistage, compose), Kubernetes (deployment from scratch, RBAC, HA, Helm, ArgoCD). — Experience with PV/PVC, Longhorn, GlusterFS and databases in K8s: MongoDB, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Redis, MinIO. — CI/CD with DevSecOps practices (GitLab, GitHub, SCA, SAST, DAST). — Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, fluent-bit. Understanding of RED and USE Observability. — Network fundamentals, experience with closed networks and isolated environments.
