Who We Are Looking For
We need engineers who can build reliable infrastructures and automate everything that moves. Since there are several projects, the requirements may vary, but the general candidate profile looks like this:
General Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure Engineer.
- Understanding of CI/CD, Immutable Infrastructure, IaC principles.
- Experience in Linux system administration.
- Knowledge of network technologies (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
- Experience with containerization.
Technology Stack (in various combinations):
- Cloud: Yandex Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud, or private clouds.
- Orchestration: Kubernetes (K8s), Docker Swarm, Nomad.
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
- IaC: Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi.
- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/EFK, VictoriaMetrics.
- Languages: Python, Go, Bash (for automation).
Responsibilities
- Designing and supporting project infrastructure (Highload / Enterprise).
- Setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
- Automating deployment and configuration management.
- Ensuring system fault tolerance and monitoring.
- Working closely with development and QA teams.
