Requirements
- Commercial experience in the role of DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure Engineer for at least 5 years.
- Solid knowledge of Linux at the system engineer level: processes, memory, file systems, systemd, networking, diagnostic and debugging tools.
- Practical experience in operating and tuning containerized environments: Docker, understanding namespaces, cgroups, container networking.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes in production: understanding the architecture and interaction of the main cluster components.
- Experience in setting up and maintaining ingress, service discovery, secrets/configs, resource management; practical experience with CNI plugins, preferably Calico and/or Cilium.
- Experience in automating infrastructure using Ansible, including writing custom roles and playbooks.
- Experience in teamwork with terraform/terragrunt, ability to develop modules.
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and/or GitLab CI.
- Practical experience in setting up and operating monitoring, logging, and alerting systems: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Loki Stack.
- Good understanding of the TCP/IP network stack, routing principles, load balancing, DNS, TLS, reverse proxy.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases at the infrastructure operation level.
- Experience with at least several of the following systems is desirable: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ClickHouse, Tarantool, Cassandra.
- Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ or enterprise solutions of a similar class.
- Understanding of fault tolerance, redundancy, observability, capacity planning principles, and best practices for operating production environments.
- Experience with the IaC approach.
- Experience in administering high-load and distributed systems.
