QA Engineer for Yandex Cloud Security Products

We are building security services used by our own SOC, as well as clients of Yandex Cloud and Yandex 360. Now we are looking for an experienced QA engineer to help us make our services better and more reliable.

What tasks await you

Testing complex products in the field of information security

You will be testing high-load security services: starting with manual testing, then automating key scenarios.

Creating and maintaining quality assurance processes

You will become a quality expert in the team: you will analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements at all stages – from planning to release.

Organizing and scaling testing with external contractors

You will act as a technical leader in this area: you will distribute the workload, assign tasks to external teams, and control the results of their work.

We expect you to

— Have at least three years of testing experience — Have experience implementing testing into existing planning, development, and release processes — Be able to build processes and technically lead tasks — Love and be able to understand the behavior and structure of complex systems — Possess critical thinking and attention to detail — Understand how to build processes for distributing and controlling testing tasks
