What needs to be done:

manage a team of AI trainers (10+ editors and proofreaders), track deadlines, and be responsible for results

validate, edit, and proofread dialogues in English

create instructions and explain the logic for evaluating LLM responses to the team

quickly learn unfamiliar topics

We expect you to:

have C1 English level or higher (proof of certification required: CAE, IELTS, TOEFL)

have a higher education in linguistics, journalism, or translation studies

have experience as a copywriter, technical writer, journalist, editor, content manager, or in other work related to text creation and processing

have leadership experience

possess technical terminology knowledge (JSON, Markdown)
