Alfa-Bank has a large team of editors: we write interface and marketing communication texts, come up with creative concepts, and develop special projects. Now we are looking for an editor who will take charge of CRM communication texts for retail clients — this is an important area where customer language and a product approach help make the bank closer and more understandable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare texts about the bank's products and services in customer language: push notifications, SMS, emails, and other CRM formats in the app
- Use a product approach and look at the product holistically: not just write according to the brief, but also propose solutions on how to improve communications or the product itself
- Analyze campaign results and improve texts based on them
- Collaborate with related teams: product managers and other editorial teams
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education
- Experience in writing product and CRM communications for business
- Ability not just to describe a product, but to convey its value to the client
- Ability to describe product benefits in both 200 and 2000 characters
- Skill in writing simply about complex topics
- Confident use of neural networks in work
- Ability to incorporate creativity where it is necessary and appropriate
- Proficient written Russian
- Attentive attitude towards the letter «ё» and knowledge of what the combination Alt+0151 does
