I am currently looking for a Mobile Communications Manager to join our team, who will develop online sales channels, launch communications, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities. This role will involve extensive interaction with product teams, analysts, designers, editors, and channel owners.
What you will be doing
- Prepare and launch customer communications in digital channels: push, in-app, banners, and other online formats
- Create briefs and technical specifications for designers, editors, and adjacent teams
- Coordinate the preparation and approval of materials, and control launch deadlines
- Verify the correctness of offers, texts, links, and user scenarios
- Participate in the development of onboarding, engagement, and retention communications
- Work with customer base segments and adapt communications for different audiences
We expect
- Experience in fintech, banking, large retail, or loyalty programs
- Experience in independently launching push, in-app communications, and online placements
- Knowledge of customer base segmentation principles
- Experience with communication management platforms (CRM, CDP, ESP)
- Understanding of A/B testing principles
