Position: Game AI Engineer Location: Cyprus Company: HaaS Platform Employment: Full-time Salary: from 4000 EUR (negotiable)

Game AI Engineer (LLM / Multi-Agent) We are a large game development studio creating a new multiplayer survival game where the world doesn't just react to players – it evolves, remembers, and resists. Under the hood, there are three AI systems: event and mutation generation, long-term narrative arcs, and player influence models. We are looking for a strong AI Engineer with game development experience and a passion for games in general. The project is in the R&D stage, so your decisions will shape the product's identity. What you'll do:

• Develop a multi-agent AI system
• Create models for: events, mutations, world simulation, player influence
• Integrate AI into gameplay as a mechanic
• Work with world state and pipelines
• Optimize (caching, pre-gen, hybrid)
• Collaborate with game design and CTO Tech Stack: Python, LLM, LangChain / LangGraph, RAG, fine-tuning, UE5 (plus) Requirements:
• 2+ years in product development
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with AI/ML: LLMs \ classic models (regressions, boosting, etc.)
• Experience with architecture and systems thinking
• Understanding of game feel + gaming experience
• English B2 level Will be a plus:
• UE5, simulations, multi-agent, event-driven Conditions:
• Onboarding (Cyprus) → then remote
• Cyprus → official employment
• Remote → contract via platform
• Full-time
