About the project: We at RnD Blask are actively implementing AI into business processes. Our department is involved in transforming terabytes of external and internal data into understandable reports and convenient tools for the entire company. We don't just "tune models", but create working products: from market monitoring systems to smart agents that know everything about the company.

What you will be doing:

• Development and support of RAG systems: parsing news and reports, structuring them, and effectively loading them into vector databases.
• Analytics generation: automation of writing detailed reports by country (analysis of trends, regulations, competitors).
• AI agent development: working on a ReAct agent that can access APIs/databases and answer questions.
• Data Pipeline: creating pipelines for collecting data from open sources and their subsequent processing (structuring, summarization, classification).

Our stack:

• Language: Python (FastAPI, pandas)
• LLM: Cloud-based. LangChain, LangSmith
• Data: PostgreSQL (pgvector), Kafka
• Environment: Docker Compose, Git, uv

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of commercial ML development experience, with at least 2 years working with NLP/LLM.
• You can and love to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with agents (Tool-use, ReAct pattern).
• Confident work with prompts: Few-Shot, Chain-of-Thought, context window optimization.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming or FinTech
• Experience in LLM fine-tuning.
