QA Engineer (Java) for FeatureStore team
We are the Retail Business Risks Tribe, and our main goal is to develop the "Credit Machine" (KM), Sber's key risk platform. KM is a high-load system that processes all retail loan applications 24/7, using complex decision-making modules and integration with numerous data sources.
We are currently looking for a QA Engineer with Java skills for the FeatureStore FP development team. This tool is a crucial part of the platform: it calculates scoring data for transfer to models and neural networks. We value quality and speed, which is why we focus on automation. How the testing processes will develop depends on you.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and testing of new business functionality
- Develop and maintain the test strategy and model
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing
- Prepare reports on testing results and change deployments
- Participate in the design of technical solutions and requirements analysis
- Diagnose errors, failures, and find their root causes
- Conduct demonstrations of functionality for the team and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated back-end and integration tests in Java (using AI/GigaCode)
Requirements
- Higher education (technical preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in software testing, with an emphasis on automation
- Solid knowledge of Java Core and SQL for writing autotests
- Understanding of testing methodologies, experience with Agile/Scrum
- Communication skills, ability to argue your position and work in a team
Will be a plus:
- skills in working with generative AI models; experience in creating AI agents and using them in work will be an advantage
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
- instrumental use of AI for analysis, generation, and automation
