What we do:
- onboarding new partners — we organize integrations with payment providers, banks, and other partners to expand geography and settlement methods
- launching new products — we develop and bring new products to market within the cross-border payments platform
- automating settlements — we optimize and automate reconciliation and settlement processes with partners, reducing manual labor
- working through the full interaction cycle — we build end-to-end processes: from partner onboarding to the operation and support of the integration
- maintaining documentation — we keep integration documentation up-to-date, so it is a reliable source of knowledge for the team and partners
- assigning tasks to related teams — we formulate requirements and assign tasks to related systems for modification and development of new functionality necessary for platform development.
Responsibilities
- onboarding new partners to the cross-border QR payment platform
- automating settlement processes with partners
- working through the full interaction cycle with all related systems
- assigning tasks to related systems for the development/modification of necessary functionality
- maintaining integration documentation in an up-to-date form.
Requirements
- systematic thinking, ability to structure information, set priorities
- experience with software requirements (gathering, analysis, detailed elaboration, and description of requirements)
- experience in designing and describing API interfaces
- experience participating in integration projects (REST/SOAP)
- process description in UML notation
- experience in working with and designing databases (ER diagram, writing queries)
- understanding of basic documentation principles
- general IT background at a system analyst level
- at least three years of experience in a similar position
- experience in integrating information systems using various integration solutions

- skills in working with generative AI models, experience in creating AI agents and using them in work
- experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents
