💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Service Delivery: • Lead high-level incident resolution & service optimization • Handle escalated tickets from L1/L2 support teams • Conduct root cause analysis & implement proactive monitoring • Ensure SLA compliance across all IT services • Collaborate with users, vendors, and stakeholders • Mentor junior team members and drive service improvements Infrastructure: • Manage physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms • Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, security hardening, and DR testing • Deploy automation tools (e.g., Terraform) to ensure high availability and scalability Backup & Recovery: • Maintain enterprise backup strategies (encryption, offsite replication) • Coordinate failover procedures and conduct restore drills • Monitor RTO/RPO, retention policies, and backup success rates

🎯 REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of IT administration experience Advanced English (written & spoken) Strong understanding of IT infrastructure as a service for internal users System administration + network engineering background Experience with VPNs, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycles Proven experience in end-user support (on-site & remote) Procurement and vendor management experience

Nice to have: SaaS management optimization tools Network monitoring/alerting systems Experience with network integrators or communication providers Cisco routers/switches/firewalls/APs/controllers (CCNA+ is a plus) AMF Pro (Apple ecosystem) Intune (Windows ecosystem) Video conferencing solutions (Polycom, Logitech)
