About the Project
The position is open within an internal department that helps teams analyze and improve processes, as well as implement automation. The Methodologist acts as an internal consultant and troubleshooter: they independently receive and clarify requests, deeply dive into processes, identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and defend them to stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Describe and systematize processes;
- Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization;
- Propose, design, and defend solutions based on expertise, best practices, and frameworks;
- Implement changes and manage resistance from stakeholders and teams;
- Develop automations and build prototypes, including with the help of AI agents;
- Identify opportunities for AI integration into processes;
- Assist teams in collecting reports;
- Organize cross-team projects;
- Independently receive, clarify, and process requests from internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or System Analyst;
- Experience in process optimization and change implementation;
- Experience in the full cycle of solution implementation: from requirement gathering and clarification to launch and adoption;
- Knowledge of project management systems and frameworks;
- Understanding of BPMN;
- Readiness to independently design solutions and defend them with strong arguments to stakeholders;
- Readiness to learn new methodologies and technologies;
- Ability to work with criticism, corrective feedback, and resistance to change.
Bonus Points
- Development experience, including with AI agents;
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, Claude Code, Copilot, Codex, or similar tools;
- Experience with Docker, RAG, and SQL;
- Experience with dashboard building systems: Tableau, NeoDash, SuperSet;
- Experience with N8N or other no-code/low-code orchestrators;
- Project Management certification;
- Education in mathematics, engineering, programming, or physics;
- English language proficiency from Pre-Intermediate level.
