A global digital company is looking for someone interested in understanding, testing, and finding solutions. Extensive marketing experience is not required. We value technical thinking, independence, and the ability to work with data.

We welcome beginner marketers, analysts, developers, technical specialists, and freelancers who want to grow in digital marketing.

The main requirement is to have at least 1 personal project that you can showcase: a website, a Telegram bot, an application, a pet project, an automation solution, an advertising campaign, an online store, work with an API, or a small business.

Responsibilities: • Search for and test traffic sources; • Launch marketing hypotheses; • Work with creatives, texts, and audiences; • Analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CR, ROI; • Identify reasons for performance drops and improve results; • Scale successful strategies; • Master new advertising and AI tools.

What we offer: • $500 fixed salary to start + KPI; • Remote work from anywhere in the world (Fulltime 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Moscow time); • Projects in the US and European markets; • Paid practical training period.
