We are looking for an Affiliate Manager with at least 1 year of experience in affiliate/performance marketing.

📍 Format: remote

🕘 Schedule: 5/2, 09:00–18:00 MSK 💰 Compensation: $1,500 + KPI

Responsibilities: — manage partners and webmasters for mobile traffic; — work with mobile links, sub_id, click_id, postback, redirects, and tracking; — control traffic quality and conversion rates at all stages of the funnel; — work with AppsFlyer or similar MMP systems; — reconcile partner data with CRM and internal databases; — track fraud, anomalies, and low-quality traffic; — analyze CPL, CPA, EPC, approve rate, and other performance metrics; — prepare traffic insights: what is happening, where the problem lies, and what to do next; — maintain communication with partners: calls, statuses, agreements, volume and quality control; — interact with marketing, analytics, IT/QA on tracking and integration issues; — search for new partners, growth points, and scaling opportunities.

Requirements: ✔️ at least 1 year of experience in affiliate/performance marketing; ✔️ understanding of mobile traffic and attribution tools, preferably AppsFlyer; ✔️ experience in fintech, leadgen, online services will be a big plus; ✔️ understanding of web traffic and performance logic; ✔️ confident work with numbers and analytics; ✔️ understanding of fraud, lead quality, postback, statuses, and data reconciliation; ✔️ ability to communicate structurally with partners and the team.
