The Role
We’re looking for a Content Acquisition Manager to drive DeoVR in US and EU markets. This role is about structuring operations, attracting top content, and fostering a thriving ecosystem that sets DeoVR apart from the competition.
What You Will Do
- Identify and reach out to VR content creators and studios worldwide
- Negotiate partnerships and guide new partners through onboarding
- Ensure partners upload and publish content successfully
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and productions organizations
- Track performance and help partners grow their audience
- Monitor and organize meetups with content creators
- Maintain a CRM of VR content creators in US and EU with detailed statuses
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant experience preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, startups
- Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media
- Ability to work cross-functionally, structuring and optimizing team processes
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving environment
- Fluency in English (B2 and above)
Bonus Points
- An understanding of VR, immersive media, and content platforms
- Experience creating and executing comprehensive business development strategies
