Responsibilities
- Full development cycle of a wide range of products, from fintech to gaming, with a focus on backend: requirement gathering, architecture selection, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support
- Managing tasks from idea to production launch
- Participation in technical discussions and decision-making
- Implementation of established best practices and code review standards
- Mentoring, guiding, discussing technical solutions, and growing together with the team
Requirements
- Experience with Java 21 or Kotlin
- Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, and others) and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, Clickhouse, and others)
- Experience with Spring (Boot, Security, Web, Data, Cloud) and RPC (REST, gRPC)
- Understanding of design and development principles for scalable and fault-tolerant systems on microservice architecture and associated trade-offs
- Performance diagnostics and optimization skills
- Good communication skills
