We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a high-scale product engineering team focused on building and evolving critical platform services used by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you’ll design and develop high-performance backend systems that power core user experiences while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
- Develop and optimize distributed systems that support high traffic volumes and mission-critical platform functionality.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and manage scalable data storage solutions using MongoDB.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services running on Kubernetes.
- Collaborate closely with product, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Improve system observability, reliability, and operational excellence through monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions that shape the future of the platform.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term improvements to system stability and resilience.
Core Requirements
- Strong experience building high-performance, scalable backend systems using Golang.
