SDEK is looking for a strong Technical Lead for the SOC team who will take responsibility for the development of information security monitoring and incident response processes and become a driver for improving the company's security maturity.
SDEK is building and developing its own Security Operations Center (SOC) to protect the IT infrastructure supporting over 5300 offices worldwide.
What you will do:
- Build and develop processes for monitoring, detection, and response to information security incidents
- Coordinate incident investigations and improve the response speed of the SOC team
- Automate alert processing — from their appearance to response and report generation
- Develop a strategy for the direction's development: set goals, define maturity metrics, and plan development
- Analyze and design secure system architecture, conduct threat modeling, and security reviews of key solutions
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in investigating information security incidents and analyzing attacks on infrastructure and applications
- Experience managing a team of SOC engineers or analysts
- Practical experience in building and developing SOC processes in product companies
- Deep knowledge and skills in working with Unix systems
- Understanding of secure architecture design principles and threat modeling methodologies
