Requirements:
- Business analyst experience - at least 5 years;
- Banking experience;
- Deep understanding of financial market specifics and their operational principles;
- Knowledge of requirements gathering methods and tools;
- Understanding of business processes and information systems;
- Forming a vision for business process development;
- Proposing solutions for business process and business requirement changes for project solutions;
- Ability to ask questions and clearly formulate thoughts for others;
- Ability to formalize business process descriptions, both in text and visual form (e.g., using BPMN);
- Experience with tools for task management and process modeling;
- Experience in implementing projects aimed at analyzing the operation of IT systems and business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement;
Additional Requirements:
- Successful experience in implementing large projects related to financial markets (e.g., trading platforms, development of investment applications for clients, automation of OTC trading, etc.);
- English language proficiency, sufficient for reading technical documentation;
- Completion of additional financial management training programs (possession of FRFS or equivalent certificates);
- Understanding of trading modes and exchange operations, experience with such systems will be an advantage;
- Experience working on projects in the finance domain
