✅ We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Analyst for the banking IT projects team.

💼 We will be working on the development and automation of key banking systems — from business process analysis to solution architecture design.

🦸 The role combines a deep understanding of business with technical expertise in building reliable and scalable solutions.

📌 The focus is on analyzing and formalizing requirements, describing business goals and metrics, interacting with clients and development teams, as well as preparing high-quality analytical artifacts (FT, NFT, HLD, project passports, KPI).

Responsibilities ⚙️ Identifying, analyzing, and structuring requirements (FT and NFT) ⚙️ Describing project goals, metrics, and business indicators ⚙️ Preparing analytical artifacts: project passport, HLD, specifications, diagrams ⚙️ Interacting with business clients and development teams ⚙️ Stakeholder classification and management ⚙️ Maintaining documentation in Confluence, working in Jira

Requirements 🗂 5+ years of experience as a system or business analyst, in banking projects 🗂 Deep understanding of banking business processes 🗂 Proficiency in tools: Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN 🗂 Skills in preparing high-quality analytical documentation 🗂 Experience in identifying, formalizing, and classifying requirements 🗂 Higher education (economics, IT, mathematics, or related fields) 🗂 English — listening comprehension and reading professional texts 🗂 Readiness for short-term business trips 🗂 Flexibility, quick adaptation to changes
