💎 Nord Clan is looking for a system analyst to participate in the development of banking products and services for individuals (focusing on 'accounts and deposits', 'platforms and services'), interaction with stakeholders and the scrum team, preparation of technical specifications, and implementation of integrations with internal and external systems, functional support, effort estimation, task assignment, documentation preparation and acceptance of results, maintaining the information space in Confluence; benefits provided by a Ministry of Digital Development accredited IT organization (including preferential IT mortgage, deferment), employer bonuses, flexible start to the workday (from 8:00 to 11:00) and flexible lunch breaks.

🧩 Requirements: System analyst experience of 3+ years, expertise in fintech and understanding of banking processes, experience in one of the domains — ABS enhancement, loyalty programs (bonuses, points, cashback, customer tiers, accrual/deduction rules) or EFR RF (front-end applications/services, product origination, customer scenarios); skills in preparing technical specifications and system integration documentation (SOAP/REST), working with JSON, analyzing business processes and formulating automation requirements; ability to write simple SQL queries, knowledge of database design principles, proficiency in BPMN/UML notations, experience in UI design and working with microservices architecture, including migrating functionality from monolith to microservices; general knowledge of the 'deposits' product.
