We are the Financial Services team, and we are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer.
Our team is responsible for payment instruments and related user scenarios. The primary focus of this position is backend automation and testing of partner integrations. Initially, the work will combine automation and manual testing, as the product is actively developing and new functionality is emerging. In the future, we plan to increase the share of automation and develop a full-fledged automated testing loop.
The scale is millions of users. The product directly impacts key business financial metrics and improves the daily customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Automate the backend platform.
- Develop autotests in Python.
- Test APIs.
- Automate the verification of partner integrations.
- Test payment scenarios.
- Manually test new functionality.
- Participate in regression testing.
- If necessary, perform manual testing of mobile scenarios.
- Participate in improving quality processes.
- Work with quality metrics.
- Develop automation approaches.
- Increase product coverage with automated tests.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial projects/products of 5+ years, with at least 3 years of backend automation using Python.
- Experience testing integrations.
- Experience with REST API, Swagger, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD.
- Broad knowledge of testing tools.
- Experience working with complex business logic.
- Understanding of microservice interaction.
- Experience working with payment or other critical business scenarios.
- Ability to independently learn new subject areas.
- Willingness to combine automation and manual testing.
- Willingness to manually test mobile scenarios if necessary.

- Experience testing mobile applications.
