🚀We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer for an international fintech company operating in the field of payment solutions and embedded finance in the European market. The company develops regulated financial products for businesses worldwide and is strengthening its compliance function amidst active growth.

🏦 What you will do: • Ensure compliance with EMI regulations • Work with AML/CFT, CDD/EDD, and transaction monitoring • Interact with regulators and auditors • Develop and improve compliance policies • Conduct risk assessments and control new products

🎯 What is important: • 3–5 years of experience in compliance / AML / fintech / banking / EMI • Understanding of UK/EU regulations (FCA, etc.) • Experience with financial risks and AML frameworks • English — from B1+ • Russian — fluent (native / fluent)
