Hello everyone! Seeking a 🚀DBA at Kaspi.kz🚀

📍The office is located in Almaty. The work is fully from the office, there is no permanent hybrid or remote format. Relocation support is provided for candidates from other cities and countries.

It will be especially interesting for those who want to develop not only in the classic DBA field, but also to work closely with Highload, AI/ML workloads, and vector databases.

What you will work with:

• Next-generation databases: Support and development of MongoDB clusters (backups, architecture, query optimization, OPS Manager). Implementation, configuration, and tuning of vector DBs for AI teams' tasks.
• Infrastructure & Containerization: Administration of Linux and Kubernetes (Docker containers, ensuring fault tolerance, disaster recovery).
• Observability: Development of monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix, ELK, Grafana) for the entire infrastructure (MongoDB, Linux, K8s, Vector DBs). Setting up smart alerting.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying bottlenecks, analyzing incidents, and hardcore performance optimization.

Who we are looking for:

• Confident experience in database administration (great if it's NoSQL, vector DBs, but we are ready to talk to strong specialists from the relational world who want to diversify their stack).
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix / Prometheus / Grafana, etc.).
• Troubleshooting experience: load monitoring, log analysis, identifying and eliminating causes of failures.
• Understanding of how to plan and implement reliable backups.
