Internship at Sber in DevOps/SRE: resolving tickets, software updates, monitoring service operability and maintaining instructions.
Tasks:
- Process tickets from the board, excluding blockers and labor-intensive tasks
- Resolve incoming risks and update software
- Edit instructions upon changes and monitor the operability of functionalities
- Analyze the correctness of ticket creation according to filling rules
Requirements:
- Work experience in DevOps, SRE, or maintenance engineering
