We are an international iGaming brand that is actively developing in the Mongolian market. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager who has an excellent understanding of the local market, is fluent in Mongolian, and is ready to develop the affiliate network in the region.

🎯 Responsibilities

🤝 Sourcing, onboarding, and developing affiliate partners and webmasters in Mongolia

📈 Scaling the affiliate network and building long-term relationships

💼 Full cycle of working with partners: negotiations, onboarding, launch, and support

💸 Working with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models

📊 Analyzing traffic performance (FTD, deposits, ROI, retention)

🚀 Optimizing and scaling successful partners

🔍 Monitoring the market, competitors, and new opportunities

✅ Requirements

✔️ Fluent in Mongolian

✔️ Excellent understanding of the Mongolian market and the local affiliate ecosystem

✔️ Working level of English

✔️ Experience in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing will be an advantage

✔️ Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models

✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and KPI management skills
