Responsibilities

• advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
• offer banking products and services
• teach clients how to use Sber's services and products
• perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, exchanging money.

Requirements

• a specialist with secondary education or higher
• friendly and willing to help clients
• actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
• willing to use AI in daily work (training at company expense — we have our own courses).

It will be a plus if you have work experience in sales, customer service, and consulting.
