Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash transactions: accepting, issuing, and exchanging money
Requirements
- you have a secondary education or higher
- you are friendly and willing to help clients
- you actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- you are willing to use artificial intelligence in daily work (company-funded training — has its own courses).
