Responsibilities
- advise clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- teach clients how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash transactions: receiving, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- have a secondary (high school) education or higher
- are friendly and ready to help clients
- actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- are ready to use artificial intelligence in daily work (training at company expense — we have our own courses).
