We are hiring: Senior Product Manager | Sportsbook Platform

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time, on-site at company offices

💼 Responsibilities: • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the sportsbook platform • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories • Work closely with Risk, Trading, Operations, and Engineering teams • Optimize key sportsbook flows: feeds, bet placement, settlement, and performance • Analyze data, system behavior, and user flows to identify improvements • Ensure smooth delivery of features and continuous product iteration • Collaborate with R&D on APIs, integrations, and third-party sports data feeds • Support internal tooling improvements and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements: • 3+ years Product Management experience in iGaming (sportsbook focus) • Strong understanding of sports betting products and ecosystems • Proven experience delivering complex, data-driven products • Strong Agile/Scrum experience (Jira) • Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and performance metrics • Strong communication skills with technical and business teams • Fluent English • Ownership mindset, proactive and execution-driven
