Delivery Lead (Data)

We are a team developing a modern digital bank and building a data platform for analytics, reporting, and ML products.

We are looking for a Delivery Lead (Data) to manage the task flow within the Data domain.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of Project and Delivery Management, coordinate the work of several teams, build interaction with stakeholders, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of results.

Key tasks: • Managing the delivery of several streams within the Data domain. • Planning work, prioritizing and estimating tasks, and controlling execution deadlines. • Developing and supporting operational processes, participating in the launch of new initiatives. • Preparing reports on project status and delivery metrics.

We expect: • At least 4 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager. • Experience in the banking sector or FinTech. • Experience managing multiple teams or task streams simultaneously. • Practical experience in backlog management, prioritization, and customer expectations management. • Experience interacting with cross-functional teams. • Experience implementing or optimizing delivery processes.

Will be a plus: • Experience with Data platforms or analytics teams. • Understanding of banking processes and products. • Experience working in fast-growing product teams.
