The Redux.games team is the creator of My Perfect Hotel, a mobile game that has held high positions in global charts for over three years and attracted over 300 million players. In 2025, we globally launched a new project — Lost Prison, an idle RPG. We are constantly working to improve our projects in terms of gameplay, product, and technical implementation. Now we are looking for a Senior Game Designer who can not only create individual features but also see the game as a whole, find growth points, and independently bring ideas from hypothesis to result.
We are looking for a Senior Game Designer — a generalist who is interested in working with various aspects of the game: from the core loop and progression to economics, content, meta-systems, and user experience. We value a person who can independently understand a problem, propose a solution, test it with data, and bring it to release. Moreover, you are not just completing tasks, but actively influencing the project's development and helping the team make high-quality product decisions.
Will be a plus:
🌍 Fully remote work — you can step away for personal matters, just inform the team and set your status in Slack. 📚 Development — we compensate for training and provide online English classes. 💻 Equipment — we will help with work equipment if necessary. 🌴 Vacation — 21 working days of vacation + 2 additional days off + 3 sick days, two-week winter holidays, and extra time off around Easter.
