💻 Lead Full-Stack Developer / Tech Lead (iGaming)

We are a product-based iGaming company that develops and scales highload products for international markets.

We are looking for a Tech Lead who will take ownership of the architecture, product development, and team building from scratch.

👩🏽‍💻 Responsibilities:

• Build architecture and make key technical decisions
• Coordinate development + write code
• Select and develop the tech stack
• Perform code reviews and control quality
• Hire and develop the team
• Distribute tasks and control execution
• Integrate 3rd party services

❗️Requirements:

• Experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer
• Experience with highload / transactional products
• Experience in hiring and building a team
• Strong architecture skills and systems thinking

🛠 Tech Stack:

Next.js + TypeScript NestJS + TypeScript PHP / Go (will be a plus) PostgreSQL, Redis Docker, Kubernetes Kafka / RabbitMQ
