We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer for the iGaming team. International online project in the iGaming sphere. Operates in Tier-3 markets, has a license. Has been on the market for 5 years — the business is stable but maintains growth dynamics. The team is fully remote, dynamic, and without bureaucracy.
Responsibilities:
- Code review and maintenance of code quality standards;
- Identification of performance and product behavior correctness issues, their analysis and resolution;
- Validation of solutions proposed by the team and offering alternative options;
- Development of technical regulations: what to use and in what cases, and what not to use;
- Balance between hands-on development and technical leadership, with a priority on architecture and development direction;
- Joint planning of features with the team and their decomposition into tasks;
- Technical consultation of the team and product on implementation issues.
We expect:
- Experience in iGaming is mandatory;
- Practical experience in developing high-load applications using NodeJS (TypeScript);
- Proficient in NestJS;
- Experience with Postgres, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, GRPC;
- Experience with applications in a Kubernetes cluster, Cloud infrastructure;
- Understanding of analytical database principles;
- Understanding of CI/CD principles;
- Experience with metrics, tracing, alerts;
- Basic understanding of the frontend part (Nuxt/Next/React);
- Experience in managing (leading) a technical team;
- Experience in building and managing development processes;
- Experience in adopting and defending architectural decisions;
- Experience in implementing new technologies into an existing project.

- Salary: fixed based on candidate expectations, payment in crypto/currency/rubles;
- Remote work format 5/2, Moscow time;
